I personally think this would be a good idea, but it would not be easy.
I could probably start us an appraisal service, but I dont know how we would have a trading forum. Maybe if we had a whole new forum of trading, we could have people make a new topic, stating what they wtb/wts. But, an apprasial service I think would be a good idea.
