Fort Ranik 4k FUR TRADING : GW Submissions

Well, this is a way some of my characters have obtained money. First you get 50ish armor for any of your characters, can be less, but for complete safety, thats just an amount. You run the mission solo, and kill every charr you see. Sometimes they drop something of value, sometimes nothing more than junk to salvage for material you may need. The thing your keeping your eyes open for is charr hides. Yes, I know all of you have seen people wanting to buy them. On a good run through this mission, I normally find about 15 to 20 charr hides, and it usually doesn't take me that long now with my maxed out characters, but even before that it didn't take that long. Maybe 30 minutes or so, but the main section you want to get to is the area where there are LOTS of charr. The place where you're suppose to use the catapults on them. Well, you and your UBER character are going to take the place of the catapults and kill all those charr. In lower levels I would pull about 8 to 10 at a time and kill them, but with maxed out armor I just jump right in swinging. I normally get at least 10 hides in just this area, sometimes less though. But after mission and your done killing everything, take your new found hides to a very special person to me, that person being the collector in ascalon city, who gives you a fur for every 4 hides you have. You continue this process til you have 10 fur, then either sell to people or trader. Usually the trader will give you around 3 to 4k, lately not much more, but as always things change in this game. Well, there you have it, a way to make money, even with the lower level enemies. Another good place to do this is the mission where you're running from all the charr, but you'll have to experiement with that one, I did it a few times, usually the mesmer skills ending my time with the ever so loving charr.
