Just equip lots of blood spells that sacrifice your health and don't use them. Your mirror will use them and kill himself. Just deal physical damage. This is easy xp.

Some Spells

Dark Pact
Defile Flesh
Blood of the Master

Also, be smart and dont get any spells to heal yourself like Vampiric Gaze..
