W/mo Griffon+Minotaur Farming build : GW Submissions

This build allows you to farm all griffon and minotaur at the same time just outside augury rock in prophets path


skills:


Bonettis defence
cyclone axe
Vigorous Spirit
Mending
Live Vicariously
Symbol of Wrath
Baulthazars aura
Healing hands(elite)


Armor: complete Glads droks set
Runes:Major Superior&Absorption
minor tactics,strength & axe mastery

attb
healing: 10
smiting:10
axe mastery: 10
tactics: 7
strength: whatever you have left over


How to do it: Cast mending and Live vivariously, make sure that you have atleast 10-15 energy one they are both activated. Agro as many mino&griffon as possible, make sure that you dont have devourers on you, their distracting shot is deadly :s.
Once you have alot of griffs and mino, cast vigorous spirit, cyclone axe and bonettis, when u have max energy, cast aura, then cyclone, bonettis, then symbol of wrath, then healing hands, then cyclone axe, bonettis,cyclone axe bonettis etc until aura recharges and use it again, that should kill most of them.

a few notes to keep in mind

-dont cast aura unless bonettis is activated.
-never let your energy hit 0 unless you have bonettis charged


I get 1.5k each session, so i get about 30+k an hour if i do it non-stop

1-3 gold drops every 10 min
many purple drops in 10 min
1-5 fiery dragon swords in 10min

aye agreed, i will lock this in 24H if the submission is not drastically improoved, I.E much more detail, and a vid, then i will leave it open for further discussion.

I've been using the build he suggested for the past couple of days and have had great success. I can't aggro all of the griffs and minotaurs, but each run takes 10-12 minutes and usually nets at least 2k just selling to the merchant. Right now I've got 25 unidentified hammers, swords and shields from doing this, mostly purple but several gold. I salvaged one of the non-max swords and got a sword pommel of fortitude +30 :D

hmm there's something wrong here... i tought that the ANTI-FARM protection of anet was still up!!!, What in hell makes you guys have that constant numbers for drops after so many repetitions?!?!?!? Even i that farm 4 different spots in a cycle sometimes feel that the drops are not getting as good as they should after a few repetitions (altough that if i wait long enought without touching an area, like a day or so, when i go there i get major golds;) )

So this is what i want to know, if you guys can somewhat sustain your sayings... or are those numbers only based on a single run...

BTW, about the submission, ITS A CLEAR NAY, as this build has been out for centurys and on free foruns like gwonline.net. This forum is supposed to be premium for some reason!!!

I'll make this run several times in a row and average about 2k per run. Sometimes the drops aren't as good, but it seems like you make up for it with griffon wings, minotaur hides and horns (25g each). The gold drops average probably about 85 each, add in the weapons and other things and it adds up. In all, I'd say you kill between 30 and 35 griffs and minotaurs each run, so if the average value of a drop was 60g you'd be right between 1.8 and 2.1k. I've had some runs that were much more (the pommel, for instance), but my low runs are probably no worse than 1.3k. If I don't hit the merchant between runs, it doesn't take many runs before I don't have any spots left in my inventory.

Edited because I meant averages at least 2k per run in my initial post, not at least.

Ok, I just made 3 runs...it took me 29 minutes. Here's what I got (I haven't identified the max gold or purple):
