On the Isle of the Nameless, acquire quest "The Team Trials". Complete defeat the first three teams, but lose the fourth so you can repeat as you like. It's quite easy to get additional points for flawless victories.

Rinse and repeat. Afaik it works with both PvP and PvE Characters you take there.

Actually this sounds very plausable lol! Faction points distribute across your account as well do they not?
