Alright, I havent been playing guild wars for too long, but i have been playing around with my W/E for awhile, and I dont see many people go the route I went. This guy is a pure damage dealer, so i usually team up with a good healer.
Here's how I have him setup:
Attributes:
Axe Mastery - 11
Strength - 10
Earth - 10
Heres an idea of the skill set:
1. Penetrating Chop
2. Furious Axe
3. Cyclone Axe
4. Glyph of lesser Energy
5. Dragon Stomp
6. Aftershock
7. Armor of Earth
8. Endure Pain
These can be adjusted as you like, especially with prophecies skills (which i dont have...), ie glyph of energy, eviscerate, etc.
This build work best in close quarters situations, where the kiters cant get away and you can catch the casters in the AoE.
Roll up on a group, have as many of them as possible aggro to you. Use armor of earth just before to mitigate damage. Once you have several aggroing, fire off the glyph, dragon stomp, aftershock, and cyclone axe. (this requires full gladiators armor). This will annihalate all your energy, and also deal over 240 damage to EVERYthing in your AoE. Spam the adrenaline attacks to finish em off.
The options are pretty wide open for this build in the way of weapons, i use two weapon sets: my axe of choice (i use zealous), and an earth scroll, to boost the pain dealt out from the AoE, then i switch to a strength shield after I nuke the group.
