Premiuim Account (new here) : GW Guide Discussion

Im new here, and ive had guildwars for a long time but i dont wanna grind farm anymore, is there some way to get a premium account by eanring it? I dont have paypal or anything, and i cant submit any exploits or anything because ive never "cheated" before. So is there any other way that i can get the premuim account? i prolly sound like a mooch but i cant avoid that
