Its real simple. All you need to do when posting a link is select the url_title. This will then auto add the title for the link you posted. Really easy to do and helps clean up links on the site. Also the d3 section has tooltips added so all links added will have a nice popup for them.

Example - If this was in the D3 forums it will give you a pop up.
