so if you are buying, i recommend to buy Nvidia or ATI VGA Card & RD Ram, because it's better than the SD Ram and the DD Ram

Oh I realized something. It's not actually freezing, the screen just won't change. Programs like itunes will still run and play music. I just can't see my mouse move.

That should take you to the ati site. They make the radeon series cards. Get your new graphics driver for your radeon card there. It should fix your problems.

UPDATED: mad at my comp and want to make it explode!

My computers not really freezing just the graphics freeze and I can't install the driver b/c I can't see where I've moved the mouse and if anythings come up. Ready to either call someone to help me get this fixed or buy a new comp.

And to make my day worse I had a physical and discovered that I have minor scoliosis.

When I try and install the driver it says. "Setup was unable to find components that can be installed on your current hardware or software configuration. Please make sure you have the required hardware or software."

Current Driver: Nvidia Geforce FX 5200
Trying to update w/ ATI Catalyst but I think I should be trying a different one. The DDR or something is what they told me when I put in my service tag.

Whenever I uninstall my Nvidia Driver it tells me to restart the computer and it reinstalls the nvidia driver for some reason.

man....you got Radeon, and it's from ATI family, not from Nvidia, so it was a big mistake from you to install an Nvidia driver for your ATI VGA Card !!!

I will look for you the last version of your Radeon 9800 VGA Card Driver

as he told us, he said that he have Radeon 9800 Display Card, but for some reason, i don't know why, he downloaded Nvidia driver, and intalled it, which was a mistake that he should downloaded an ATI driver.

So rabidsoccerball, remove all the VGA drivers that you had installed, and download the file that i gave you, and install it.
