Since Telia fixed their network issue earlier today, the load into the Datacentre's network, which has been higher than before on CABAL has highlighted another bottleneck that affects the game. We have identified some solutions for this, and we will work on this tomorrow to decide which is the best of the solutions. EST will also need to be involved on Monday as it is believed that the trigger for this bottleneck is due to incorrect operation of the patch download server. Naturally we couldn't foresee this bottleneck, as it only became apparent when we got such a huge volume of customers through as we have seen in the past 2 days and we are working hard to finally resolve the issue for you all.

We have also reported the failure of TG today to EST for them to check their fix to earlier TG issues, and hopefully normal TG service will be resumed ASAP.

We will be repeating this weekend's compensation event again later in the month because of these difficulties.
