Duration Items from Game:Many players are requesting compensation for their time based items (bought from other players) that ran out in the period of the Server Move. It was clearly stated in the run up that 3 days at premium would be the compensation for loss these items during this time.
Having said that we are sympathetic to the fact that players lost many days of duration on valuable items over this period and therefore we will be compensating for all these items this week.
To make a claim you should send a ticket to support stating your account id, your character to be compensated and the server it is on and the item to be replaced with the duration. We would appreciate it if only genuine claims are placed as it is a long job to check these items and it will get done much faster without time wasters.
Items bought at Item Shop:For items bought in the Item Shop we will be replacing those items that ran out of duration during the down time or was bought during this time. A lot were replaced last weekend but a few are still missing. We are working on the list for replacement items this week so please be patient there is no need to apply for replacements more than once.
You can help us to speed up this task by making a clear ticket to support stating your account id, your character to be compensated and the server it is on, the time based item to be replaced. Please also send proof of purchase of this item with your ticket by attaching a screen shot of your account log which shows the list of items purchased and the date.
