Version 1.01 for download:
There is an additional check before sending a search query to the servers that will make sure all the right stats are selected. This could not be the case when someone is moving the mouse during stat selection or d3 loses focus for some reason.
Maximum number of buyouts fixed
Just in case the new one fails to run for you I am inluding 1.00 as well.
To use this bot you will need a 16:9 screen and have to download the following apps:
Auto Hotkey
http://www.autohotkey.com/download/Auto ... nstall.exeVMWare Workstation 8
(pirate it and windows 7 iso as well)
You also need to keep a Windows 7 DVD at hand. It could be a genuine copy, but if you have a virtual drive or a USB device with a working version on it, that will be sufficient.
Install VMWare Workstation
Follow the setup guide in VMWare Workstation. Once you've created an empty virtual machine you will need to insert your W7 disk.
Power up your first virtual machine once W7 has been installed.
Install AutoHotkey (either download it from within the virtual machine or move it over to the VM with a USB drive. For the latter option, disconnect the usb drive with the file on it, reconnect it with the VM OS in focus until the drive has been recognized by the virtual operating system, then copy it over)
Go the same way about installing D3 on the VM and move the bot over as well (You can also try sharing files between the host machine and the vm, but that's for advanced users who should manage to do so themselves)
Change desktop resolution to 1280x720
Run the D3 client
Change Video options to Fullscreen Windowed.
You can limit the framerate to less than 20 frames per second.
You can also down regulate all other video ssettings to minimal quality, maximum performance
Now you've got everything set up. Check out the video Tom made, it is very educative and illustrates perfectly how this bot is working:
After creating a profile, it is very important to leave the ahk file in the Profiles folder and run it from where it is. Also leave the img and Profiles folders in the same parent folder.
Double click an *.ahk file to run the profile.
Switch to Diablo 3, enter the Auction House, go to the equipment search tab
Hit the NumPad+ key to start the profile
Make sure to observe the bot on it's first loop and hit Pause to abort if anything should not go as planned. Once you have it set up, it should work 100% reliably though.
