Job Profile / Outline
The candidate we are looking for is a senior recruiter of EA Greater United States, as such, s/he is expected to be an strong and experienced recruiting practitioner, responsible for develop the hiring strategy of EA US and make the detailed hiring approach and plan of the team based on the headcount plan of each BU, focused on attracting, retaining, developing talent in EA US as well as to develop the recruiting team.
Qualifications:
Develops staffing strategies with the hiring manager using the internet, job fairs, college programs, tradeshows, agencies, internal sourcing and employee referrals, campus recruiting and diversity shows.
Implement and oversee recruitment program (including defining recruitment requirements based on competencies, university presence and overall staffing process)
Continually review manpower planning requirements to ensure there is enough bench strength (ie a sufficient number of qualified employees through training, mentoring, overseas transfers, etc) to meet business requirements at all times.
Screens prospective candidates and works with the hiring manager in candidate selection, interviewing, reference checking, extending the offer and closing the candidate.
Works with HR, C&B & Learning Development team to develop and implement company-hiring programs that ensure EA is competitive in the marketplace.
Manage and help the whole recruiting team to succeed.
Works on special projects as needed.
Acts as a business partner consulting and advising managers in regards to hiring needs and trends in the market place, as well as the legal issue in employment.
Works with other staffing team members (staffing managers, employment coordinators, sources and administrative assistants) to make sure the staffing process is effective and meets the needs of the company.
Additional Job Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree above, fluent in English;
Experience overseeing all facets of human resources, preferably in an international company;
4 – 6 years directly related experience with minimum of 3 years of recruiting with IT, internet, game or software, skilled in the online game such as Guild Wars 2 gold or
Diablo 3 gold sell is much more appreciate;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface at all levels of management and personnel both internally and externally;
Able to establish a high level of trust and credibility in the organization. Adept at influencing and thinking and practices of each functional manager;
Ability to nurture and work in fast paced, team oriented environment; strong emphasis on team building through training, coaching and mentoring
