Here is a cool way to farm a treasure goblin with 50% success. I was using this one some in inferno. Just get your stacks up then go and follow this bug. Great for players if they actually want to start farming for items in the game quickly.

In this area there is a treasure goblin 50 % of the time. Dont go north to the new area or cross the bridge.
