just downloaded this and am loving it.
Once I figuerd out which Fuel box you meant (tried it on my inventory first, oops) I got it running in no time.
I would love to use the counter for craft X number, but can't seem to set the value. Is this a bug or is there a magic way to do it?

Wyvern, since I have multiple toons that use different buffs for different crafts, I have to retrain the buffs everytime I change the craft I use. Selecting the skill on the xu window doesnt seem to save seperate buff sets.
I'm sure there are many people that have alt crafters and dislike having to retrain all the time. Would be nice if this works in 3.0

For some strange reason. my Crafter is extremely tempermental. Sometimes it works like a charm, other times.... ugh! I can spend over an hour just trying to login to the game due to crashes on receiving zone info. If the crafter would have never worked i'd just chalk it up to my bad luck with it not working, but it has worked.
Is there anything else to try apart from unchecking the sniffer and turning off virus scans? (yes i'm on an AMD)
Any new suggestion would be greatly appreciated!

cracked, UNCHECK the TCPIP packet sniffer!!!
Make sure in your log you do not see the CPacketSniffer::Initialize line.
Reboot often.

Wyv.. It has been UNchecked since i first installed this. I do my homework~
One other thing i noticed is that it does not properly flush the launchpad.exe After attempting a few times (always watching my taskmanager) the launchpad.exe's start building up.
Now again, My question was this.
Is there anything else to try apart from unchecking the sniffer and turning off virus scans?

Ya.. i reboot after every 5 unsuccessful tries~ lol and im running XP Pro
The thing that is irking me is that it works eventually. some days it can connect immediately as i've said.. while other days (like today) ive been trying to get it to kick in for the past 3 hrs.
2 of my friends are having the same issue as me, while 1 other runs it perfectly.. So i guess it isn't just me..
Oh well, thanks for the quick replies

It must have PMS after 3 hrs.. It just kicked in now~
The problem is it usually doesnt get passed the Receiving zone info screen. If it gets passed that, It will work perfectly for hours no problem.
There is now 8 launchpad.exe's in my taskmanager running as well. So this time i waited a bit to reboot cuz i'm busy posting here lol

eq2 has some strange issues.
A friend of mine on a fresh install of windows xp (and xu not even loaded) will still crash on receiving zone resources). Almost all the time. So it is hard to say exactly what the problems is or tied to. It could be anything. Let me know if you can track it down to a specific xu setting or program running or etc.

I'm gonna venture a guess that your friend has SP2 installed~ bad news for EQ2 lol
And believe me, i'm trying to isolate this problem, yet it's extremely hard to.. when nothing else is running.

Wyv - I think I've found why I was having problem saving the Crafting configs - same issue as we are fighting with the MegaBot and buttons, on the AMD, the buttons for Save don't seem to work... but on an Intel it does.. not sure why, but the Intel saves, AMD doesn't.
Also, is the crafting bot acting wierd for anyone else? It is in an endless loop of hitting the button, moving mouse, hitting the button and doesn't seem to want to recognize that the crafting has started... I've used this bot for many levels of crafting, so I know how to set it up

richyrich, make sure you are using a NON MODIFIED tradeskill GUI window. A modified version will not work.
