How to unsoulbind items : Guild Wars 2 Exploits

An item that was soulbound through "soulbound on use" may be unbound by deleting the character it was bound to.

Any dyes used on the item will be retained even if the new character equipping it does not have access to that dye.

From my testing, this apparently does not work on items that are "bind on acquire".

This is perhaps marginally useful but I thought I'd make it known to the Tault community. If anyone can think of a manner in which to fully exploit this, please post it here.

You can create lv 1 alts, go to the PvP maps and use gZoom to get the jumping puzzles complete and when you get the siege weapons you can bank them and delete the alt to possibly have un-bound siege weaps? Haven't tried it but maybe it'll work?

Great idea, but unfortunately the siege weapon rewards are soulbound on acquire so that doesn't work. I did test it out just to make sure and even tried stacking them with my other siege weapons in the bank. No dice.
