We have been made aware of a problem when people are trying to submit attachments to the support system.
During our testing we have found that when uploading an attachment using Internet Explorer, it will not be recieved by our systems.
The developers have been notified and we will try to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
In the mean time you can still send attachments via Email (
support@cabalonline.com) and by using FireFox.
