After months of preparation and hard work we are pleased to announce that update 9 (The Precious Stones of the Forgotten Temple) is ready to be unleashed upon the live servers of Mars, Mercury and Jupiter. With testing completed, all fixes applied and only the process of updating the servers remaining, our current timescale will see the update go live on Thursday 18th September; just three days from now.

As one of the most eagerly anticipated patches in the games history, 'The Precious Stones of the Forgotten Temple' comes with huge expectations. And with over 200 new features, bug fixes and changes, it doesn't disappoint. With new content for all levels, classes and types of player, there really is something for everybody. Yet don't just take our word on it.

Presented below are some of the highlights of the update, which if you are anything like us will make your mouth water with excitement, heart begin to beat a few beats faster and anticipation levels reach boiling point.

New Raiding Dungeon – Forgotten Temple B2F

The word challenging doesn't even begin to describe the tasks and dangers that await those who attempt to conquer this dungeon. With over twenty encounters, each more difficult than the last, not even the strongest warriors will succeed without a plan. A maze of adventure, fun and exploration, this new raiding dungeon provides a host of new quests, rare items and ugly foes to face, providing hours of excitement and entertainment.

Pets brought to life

After months of experimentation, the staff at the Institute of Technology have developed a brand new pet chip that will turn your friendly companion into a fierce fighting machine. Allowing the owner to train and refine their pets from level 1 to 10, the new chip is set to revolutionize the market, changing the whole face of fighting and companionship in Nevareth. The company responsible for the sale of pets have reassured citizens that all existing pet chips will be upgraded and have announced that the new chip will be launched alongside other new items, including pet renaming, pet trading boxes and seven brand new pets.

Mission Wars (TG) continue to be improved

After the previous expansion completely !@#$%^&* the feature, with this update we have continued to refine and improve the mission war experience. Making wars slicker, faster and more enjoyable, several key changes have been made to both the system itself and the general game play. These include expanding the number of wars per day, introducing war categories based on level and introducing several quick key commands. For a full list of changes to the TG system, read the patch notes, which will be released on the day of the update.

Extension to the item upgrading system

With this update we have removed the previous +7 cap on item upgrading and added two new levels; +8 and +9. Bringing balance, new opportunities and some added excitement, this will give players the chance to develop their gear further than ever before. But beware! With great opportunities comes great risks and the new levels of upgrading, while offering powers previously unseen in the lands, could come at the ultimate cost of the item.
