Heh.. I had this same "problem" when I started using it. You need to go to the options tab, and under configured for, find everquest 2, and select that, and you should be golden.

in xunleashed, goto the options tab. then click on everquest2. then you go back to the xunleashed tab and click play. it will boot eq2 up for you

Intruder, I can make pristines 4 out of 5 times at level 35 plus. No problems here.

Ok, I really want to get the update out tonight, so I'll only drop a quick line.

Be sure you set your spam buffs on the config tab so that you are pressing constantly the buffs that help progress (or durability) which ever onesyou prefer. If you try with no additional buffs, it might be hard to make prestines.

Also, here is how the current implementation works:

1. Look for counter buff.
2. if no counter buff, press the spam buffs
3. wait a few seconds and check again.

I just installed Xunleash. I have downloaded the plugin. I select Everquest 2 as my options. It fires up EQ2. I am unable to ctrl-ins- [1-9] none of them pull up anything. I can get it to pull up as a separtate box with like DX7 and DX8. I cannot get it to pull up in EQ2. Any suggestions? I think it is definitely a resolution issue. What are acceptable resolutions?

4 out of 5 sounds good, thou i have not been able to get that for 30+ alchemist combines, and been trying different buff combinations,
20+ and 30+ buffs. have done the "grinding" manually up to this level
so knowing how buffs work, and that cant be the prob.
Durability just drops like 30 to 40pct / tick if dont have buffs on.


Regarding the config tab, I have set up the it so that i have "tapped"
choises to use all 3 buffs on every tick (6sec) thou buffs last only 3 seconds and one tick is 6 sec
so they fade out before tick change..

few ideas how to get it work better if have time to implement these in future, I just dont know if its possible to program it like this..

- look for counter buff and use 2 additional buffs for same tick
- to be able to affect how often buffs are cast from config tab or do spam buffing continiously with 3sec delay and also check for counter.

Ok I'm probably opening myself up for flame the noob but here goes. having attemptd to absorb this thread I think I am at even more of a loss then when I started. Is there a walk through starting from proper install of the xunleashed program and the eq2 plugin and then how to set it up. Also please note I"m not very good at crafting as it is.

1) Download XUnleashed from downloads section.
2) Install it.
3) Register it with the information sent to your E-mail when you bought premium.
4) Download EQ2 Crafter plugin.
5) Install it.
6) Restart XUnleashed.
7) Click Options Tab.
Select EQ2
9) Check ignore direct input.
10) Go to plugins list, check that EQ2 Plugin is checked, and that the packet sniffer is unchecked.
11) Go to mainscreen and click play. Follow EQ2 Crafter tutorial from here on out.

Thanks much pink I assume if I have the opt to seclet eq2 in the plug in screen I have installed the eq2 plug in correctly.

I have downloaded XU and the plugin...followed directions , load up xu and it loads eq2....but cannot get plugin on screen...no config box nothing???? any ideas what i am doing wrong? any help would be much appreciated thanks in advance

To bring up plugins you move the mouse to the bottom of the game screen. It will bring up the XU Task bar and you can click on plugins from there.

You also have to set eq2 as the selected config in the options tab.
