has anyone had any luck with being able to afk while harvesting without getting stuck on walls or terain?
short of setting a really really small leash i have had no success with this
i'll take some pointers

i know the rule i'm prepared for the ramifications if caught. BUt its anoying i can't even sit in next room listening for tells while working without the bot getting stuck in walls

I had some serious issues harvesting AFK. Running into walls and jsut getting hungup on trees and stuff. (mostly in feerot).
So I altered the scripts to the point that I can now harvest afk even in feerot without issue.
Changes:
- Altered navigation script better run around obstacles.
- TAB through close items to prevent wrongly marking nodes unharvestable.
The changes we minor to make this already great script workable.
I am considering making this a plugin for easier node configuration, so let me know if there is interest.

Since the patch, when you harvest a rare it says "You have just found a rare object! - is there anyway to make the script play a WAV file, or some other event, when harvesting a rare?

take the eq2 tell detect script and modify it for your need and add it to your havest script

I don't think you need to ask. if you got the time and the know how i'm sure many would love to see this as a plugin with a gui for configuring nodes and distance and anchor points etc... If i wasn't working 80 hours a week i'd be trying to figure out how to do that myself. I love the work wyv has done an awesome job. But a plug in would take it to the next lvl

Since Wyv is on vaca for a week... anyone here that can look at Sben's script and see why it won't work? i tried to download it and plug it in like the normal script and it wont start up... soon as i start it.. it stops... when this happened for me with the normal version it was because i had bad syntax from where i added in the target names... however i'm not familiar enough with the scripting to debug sben's version..
and i would really really love to run a harvest without getting stuck on the wall 10 min into it, or making my leash so small i can't even fill half a bag overnight because there aren't enough nodes..

tazman076, and anyone else concerned, the only problem with sben's script is that he has the array Resources commented. Just take out the ' at the start of the Resources = array( and at the line that just as ) . Works great after that, at least for me.
Hopefully it works for you, because it was really just dumb luck on my part.

hmmm thought i had tried just taking those out .. evidently i didn't or i failed to save it or somethin.. but your right .. just took out the extra qoute or whatever that is on each of the array lines and it works like a charm.
i'll know better by morning... but just watching it a little seems great... does it still tag a node as bad if its under the world or in a tree though? right now seem to be stuck on one in a tree has targeted it like 7 times now.
