Its fixed in 1.0. The 0.9 version is very buggy. You can restart lotro until it works.

Thanks wyvern for the quick response. I think I'll wait for 1.0 and your bot then before reinventing the wheel =)

names are cached in. If you start lotroE late you will need to sometimes target a mob before it will catch the name.

I download the archive, it contains a single LOTROExtreme.exe, I run it, nothing happens.
How do you get this installed?
(I also downloaded Exhume which seems to install itself, and a script for it, but it would appear that I'm missing all the LOTROExtreme files)
Is LOTROExtreme.exe in the archive an installer, and it's just failing to run with no error messages? I don't have a LOTROExtremeUpdate.exe or anything.

LOTROExtreme should launch a patcher that patches itself.
It should extract a updatelotroexetreme.exe file.

Well it's not doing anything, no error etc. I suppose I could try attaching a debugger.
I just ran it on a different PC, and it extracted the update program, and then crashed with a System.IO.FileNotFoundException.
Are there any requirements to running the installer? Both of the PCs are running 32-bit XP. One machine is a AMD dual core, the other is a Intel single core...
I ran the updater and it downloaded the rest of the files. I zipped them up sent them back to my original machine. I can't run LOTRO through VNC (the loader doesn't register to the VNC client), so I'll have to test it out tonight when I get home.
So LOTROExtreme.exe is the self-executing archive, and LOTROExtremeUpdate.exe updates everything after that, and then I run Exhume and load the LOTROExtreme project and run that after LOTRO is running right? Then maybe it'll work cause I seem to be able to run Exhume..

Yes, but there is a bug with the updater. Sometimes you have to delete all files but the updater and let it get new ones.

wyvernx (!empty($user->lang['WROTE'])) ? $user->lang['WROTE'] : ucwords(strtolower(str_replace('_', ' ', 'WROTE'))): Yes, but there is a bug with the updater. Sometimes you have to delete all files but the updater and let it get new ones.
Okay well I'll give it a go tonight, but just a heads up that your self installer seems to have issues.
Also it's 1.5 mb big and all I got was a 250k updater out of it.. Might just be better to only distribute the updater anyways so you don't have to update your archive...
