NASDAQ Sends Dell Delisting Notice
NASDAQ has alerted Dell and Novell, two tech stalwarts, that it is starting delisting procedures. NASDAQ told Dell it has failed to meet requirements for continuing to be listed on its exchange. Dell faces a number of investigations into its financial reporting and accounting methods.

People are intimedated by the phrase "build your own pc" as if images of them sodering wires and circuitboards together pops in there mind. In reality its almost the same as saying your "building your own entertainment system", where you simply buy the components you want, and plug them together. It's really not that hard, as long as you know what kind of hardware your motherboard can take, and what kinda power supply you need.
I built the PC i had before last, and saved some good $$. This time around however, i purchased an HP Workstation Computer (64-bit) since I do computer animation.

you want the best cheap to fast ratio ? get the imac with dual pentium 4 processor on ebay. got mine for 900 and i run wow with full visuals and it works excellently. not a mac person? buy it anyway, if you buy a copy of windows xp you can run that on their too. all you nee to do is hold the option button on startup and you get to choose from woindows or mac, or if you want you can run both at once and split the screen in half.

wow i would be really mad.. maybe consider a dell not extremely expensive .. could also pick up a new ibm with fingerprint reader built in ... both come with 512 mb RAM and could be upgraded to 2-4 for a bit of change. Also the new graphics cards are reaching 1gb now and can run anything at top perfromance with other prog. running. Have fun shopping lol. and good luck.

Yup, dell's come pre-intalled with "useful" attachments and trials. They're paid to do it, and it's mandatory I think. I had to cleanse my friends computer for 2 hours removing and unsubscribing to crap.
I haven't bought from this website, but some people I know have
www.ibuypower.com, like alienware except a ton cheaper.
