Im in the same position that you are in. My enchanting is now 110 and all ive been doing is enchanting myself. Mainly with the strange dust enchants since its the easiest to get.

might be tough now but when you get to lvl 300 you will be plenty happy. Enchanct +2beastslaying for players lvl 18 - 30 for what ever the medium price is on your server you will get plenty off points until you get to about 115 that about it

It's too late for you, unless you did this already, but a tip for ppl starting out enchanters:
For the first 45-50 (or more, not sure really, I didn't learn this until too late) DISENCHANT ONLY! Save all the reagents you get in the bank. Each time you disenchant for the first bunch of levels you gain a level. If you enchant during this, that's using your reagents when you could get the level and get reagents at the same time. Then once you notice you're not gaining levels from disenchanting anymore, you can start using what you've saved up in the bank to enchant your own stuff (or like was stated above, do +2 beastslaying to make a little cash) to get as many levels as possible.
great way to start. Once you hit level 200 you should be able to start selling some useful enchants.

Find a small guild of level 60 peeps and join them. Have them send you their green and blue items. You'll be amazed how fast you can level when you start handing out enchantments to them.

Why don't you just instance? I use enchanting on a level 21 hunter I've been using (I'm trying to get my dad to use a horde character, he hates playing them =/) and I went into the Wailing Caverns or w/e... 3 10slot bags and my backpack full of green + blue items, doesn't get easier than that.
