Well, BC is still a month or so away but ive decided to post this before-hand so you can start forming your groups. Basically im going to plan out the best duo/trio/five...o possible for arena's. Using these templates will probably have the best Win outcome of any other templates.
2v2
~Druid & Rogue~
Probably the best duo for arena's. Since they both can stealth, you can take a limited amount of time walking around and waiting for the perfect chance to jump the two. If there is a healer on the team, target them first. Same with any type of casters, because they get in the way. Once they are down, close in on the other. If the rogue is starting to become low on health, the druid should go out of cat/bear form and start healing. Thats the main reason a druid is thrown onto the team, to heal the rogue while he keeps their attention with stuns and such.
~Warrior & Warrior~
With all their armor and higher-DPS weapons two at a time are tough to take down. Having one on each person, or both on a caster will keep the other team completely occupied with the attacking warrior.
~Warlock & Hunter~
An extremely potent duo for the arena. Having 2 pets out attacking the opposing team, ADDED with lock+hunter's overly high DPS makes for an extremely quick match. You should have no problem taking the other team down. If theres a healer on the team, focus every bit of DPS on them first. Recommend DPS Pet for Hunters and Felguard Pet for Warlocks during arena.
~Mage & Any Class~
With mages having decent DPS, added with polymorph, they go well with any other class. Have the mage polymorph one player (Healer, Tank, Lock, Hunter) and focus all your DPS onto the other player. Down that player, move back to max range, pop an ice spell on the other player to slow him down and finish them off. Mages work best with other Ranged DPS Classes.
~Priests & Warlock/Hunter~
Having a priest with a lock or hunter makes it so the lock/hunt can have a pet out occupying the other player while the priest stands in the back and heals, and also throws out the occasional psychic scream if needed. Not much to this group, Pet DPS on one player, Hunter/Lock DPS on the other, Priest healing in the back.
~Warrior & Paladin~
Basically the same as Warrior+Warrior except the other Warrior can heal. Use the same tactics as the War+War duo, except throw heals in every now and then until they are finished. Shouldn't be too hard.
~Shamans & Any Class~
Since Shamans can heal and also DPS well they can also be used well with any other class. Basic DPS on both players, when the teammate is running low on health, pop a heal, continue going. If you have the talent that makes any nature spell under 10 seconds instant cast, pop that then pop a big heal if your in a tough situation. Also, the +AGI totem, and the +STR totems are big helpers, and also mana totems if you have a caster by your side. Other than that use earthbind totems to keep them still and/or windfury totems if you have a DPS class with you.
I will update this when i think up more duos, and more strategies but this is a good rough outline as to which classes you should have alongside you. I will be releasing a 3v3 and 5v5 guide soon as well.

...what?
Warriors dont eat locks...LOL, plus added with any other class bashing you from behind you wont be taking down any locks soon. L2Play. Sucubus can work but its not trustworthy enough, seduction seems to break too much. Besides, the lock will eventually get pissed if he does all the work, and with lock and hunter you get done a lot faster than what your trying to say.
