After using BWH successfully for around 2.5 weeks, Blizzard finally caught up with me (and two friends). I believe they caught us because one of my friends was being VERY obvious with the Lock Speed while in stealth mode with Rogue... 15-0 or 20-0 in most battleground rounds is gonna send up a red flag.
First e-mail from Blizzard:
"Hello ,
* * * NOTICE OF ACCOUNT CLOSURE REVIEW * * *

In addition, not even 72 hours later (i think it was like 12) My two friends and I got the second e-mail:
"***Notice of Account Closure***
Hello,
Access to the World of Warcraft account DENTMAN06, and any World of Warcraft
account associated with the payment information you have provided, has been
permanently disabled. The account has been identified as having used
unauthorized game modifications and thus is in violation of the World of
Warcraft Terms of Use.
Please review the World of Warcraft Terms of Use at
<http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/legal/termsofuse.html>, which you accepted when
you installed World of Warcraft and established the account(s). Section 2,
Paragraph C details the limitations of game play modifications and use of any
third-party or "packet sniffing" software. In addition, Section 3, Paragraph C,
parts iii and iv restrict the use of any hack, scripting or macroing software
which obtains information from World of Warcraft to gain a competitive advantage
over other players.
Furthermore, any activities not intended by game design which affect the
economy, the client, player characters or the world itself have a tremendous
negative impact on the potential enjoyment for all players. The effects of these
activities take many forms including a bloated game economy, server instability,
and allowing unauthorized access to accounts, computers, and player data.
As a result, the account(s) will no longer be accessible and will unfortunately
not be reopened under any circumstances.
Thank you for your understanding in this matter and respecting our position and
all statutes within the World of Warcraft Terms of Use.

Arythan

ROFL! Its a good thing I like Counter-Strike way better or else I would have been seriously pissed off. My friends and I just laughed and are moving on to other games. i still have my Lineage 2 and Guild Wars accounts though that they haven't caught yet =)
Just a warning to you guys out there, if you use ANY of the BWH functions, do NOT use them (aside of tracking) in Battlegrounds. Also, don't let anyone see you teleport or lock speed while stealthed. In addition if you keep resetting an instance and teleporting straight to the boss (we got mad gold by farming bosses in razorfen), you are going to get caught eventually.
Much love to all you exploiters out there. Keep up the good work. Everyone please have fun and exploit, just do it cautiously. I don't think the Tracking function will get you caught though. They didn't even mention it in the above e-mails. Also apparently buying gold is illegal too because it "unbalances and inflates the economy in World of Warcraft" they told my other friend. HAHA... someone had to earn it so I am not quite sure how it makes it unbalanced OR inflated. Bastards.
Later...
