Best class for alliance PvP? : World of Warcraft General Discussions

Ok, I'm going alliance and was wondering (At the moment) what class is THE best for PvP?

It also might be teaming up with a druid occasionly, so whats best with a druid and the best.

there is no "best class" it all depends on what you like. Rouges are pretty good in groups, as they do alot of damage and dont get singled out as much, whereas priests get killed really easy. Hunters get singled out (well at least i single them out, im a rouge) because they are not in the group fighting, they are on the sideline shooting. Mages are like rogues, but die very fast, so be quick at using frost nova and requestin a heal! warriors are really good espeically if u with a druid because they can heal. Warlocks are alright because if they gonna die they can use fear, and then either request a heal or run! Paladins are great, pretty boring in my opinion in PVE, have yet to try one in PVP, but when i play against them i hate them so much, because of divine shield they have two lives, just keep killin till u get low health, make sure u got enough mana for divine shield + 2 heals. After about 2 heals u should be at full health again and then just keep fighting! so as i said to start with it all depends on how you like to fight and what you like to do. there is no "best" however i wouldnt recomend a priest unless you like healing 24/7, and then recieving the insults when you forget to heal one of the forty people in the raid =P

ok here, to make it easier to understand:

MAGE--- Good in PVP, kills heaps of stuff really fast but die easily, good if you like dying and dont mind the constant walk from the graveyard to the battle, bad if you dont like getting killed in a few hits.

PRIEST--- Alright in PVP, doesnt do much damage, but best heals in game, good if you like healing, bad if you like anything else.

WARRIOR--- Good in PVP, does average damage, doesnt take much damage, great with a healer, good if you like surviving, bad if you like pwning but dont mind the constant walk from the graveyard to the battle.

ROGUE--- Good in PVP, does massive amount of damage in little time, not as much dmg done as mage, but not as much damage taken, good if you like killing things fast (fast not super fast like mages), bad if you dont like dying and not being able to hit against ranged attacks.

HUNTER--- Good in PVP, does decent damage, with mail doesnt take that much damage, good if you like not being the eye of the storm, bad if you dont like standing back, if you are more a hands on person.

PALADIN--- Great in PVP, does decent damage, doesnt take much damage, good if you like having two lives and pwning, bad if you like using moves.

WARLOCK--- Good in PVP, does lots of damage, takes lots of damage, good if you like having a pet, doing a fair bit of damage and not being in the eye of the storm, bad if you dont like dying fast.

DRUID--- Good in PVP, depends on which form they are in depends on how much damage they take/damage they do. Good if you like a variety of different spells, bad if you dont like changes.

NOTE: I have not played PVP as everyone of these races so i do not know 100%, however this is my opinion and i think is generally correct. Also this is all lvl 60 PVP.

Jayjay I think his friend who is druid is not playing healbot but does damage ofcourse, so I should recommand any good assist for a melee fighter to play with a druid. So try Priest (Shadow Spec) or Mage if you don't like to heal in instances.

go rogue at first since they are easy to learn how to play with and the only thing u are expected to do is kill and pick lock boxes
