Does this schematic have an entirely new drop% since it is infact droppable again since 1.10. And does it still drop fromt he same bosses from MC or even from MC? I would like to see how I can easily find out if its more benificial then Sniper Scope DPS wise.(sounds like it is since the matts are alot harder to get)
where do you get the pattern for the engineering bag? Thanks for any help!

Not sure where it dropped before, but we had it drop of of Gharr or Shaz in MC the other night.
