 Chang account info. : World of Warcraft General Discussions

I'm taking over a friends account, I want to update the email, account info etc. What should I expect when I call to do this? The ToS clearly states this isn't allowed.
Has anyone ever bought an account, or updated thier current account to be a completely different person?

I've never done it lol. You can change the email fine without any problems is all i know.
