-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - World of Warcraft Client Patch 1.2.4 (2005-02-22) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- We have deployed a client-side change that should improve performance when large numbers of players are gathered in a small area of the world. No other changes are included with this emergency patch.
that means stop using teleport exploits! they are now tracking it.........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
by law (generally) they can't do anything to see what else you are using on your computer (ie. check to see if actools are running etc.) several lawsuits have been filed for the game lineage 2 and the people generall beat ncsoft more often than not.
SO
I doubt the patch was anything more than what is says.
By law maybe but if you ever have an error and WoW crashes, you have an option to tell them what you were doing while this crash occured. If you go into your error folder you will see that it shows the error, why it crashed (usually b/c it cant write to memory) and also ALL programs that were running in the background at the time. Take a look at it sometime.
Yeah so by sending the error you are quite possibly giving up your right to privacy for that one instance, if your cheating anyways then changing memory offsets probably chrashed it(or began a chain of events) so I sure as hell wouldn't be stupid enough to send the error report, notice just to touch on law again that with the error report they try and get you to give up your right to privacy which strengthens the fact that they cant do !@#$%^&* without your permission.
Lol i would never be stupid enough to send it either, but some people may think they are just trying to help. All I was saying is that it is possible that Blizzard logs ur open programs whether u know it or not. Through these acts of "deception" they could very easily tell if ur using hacks.
