Farming the plaguelands : World of Warcraft General Discussions

WHAT YOU'LL BE FARMING

3rd guide on how to make money, this time its based in the plaguelands (wpl- and epl).
Main things your going to be farming are as follow-
Bonefragments: wpl
Recipe:Greater nature protection potion: wpl
Any drops: wpl/epl
Runecloth:wpl/epl

"THE WESTERN PLAGUE LANDS"






BONE FRAGMENTS
Alright first things first, Bonefragments drop off any mob with the word Skeletal- in its name, forget about killing the ghouls and stuff- these can be found in the ghost town located in WPL- bonefragments have a very high drop rate (something like 50-70%). These things sell for alot- generaly you can sell 250 of them for about 150g+. These can also be used to gain rep with AD (Argent Dawn).

RECIPE: GREATER NATURE PROTECTION POTION
To obtain this valuable item you must travel to the cave just north of the bridge thats going over the Thondroril River. In the cave you will find Rotting Behemoths- and something Horrors, both have a 1.1% chance to drop this recipe which usually sells for about 300g

WESTERN/EASTERN PLAGUELANDS

Runecloth: In WPL- runecloth can be obtained from almost any mob, which helps you when your farming other things like bonefragments
In EPL- I would reccomend going to Tyr's hand to get
runecloth, there are elites there 55+, which drop large ammounts of runecloth and other items too.

Other: Other things such as green items, or just plain old grey items/white items drop at a decent rate, which can be sold on the AH for some pocket change- or sold to a vendor.
A good amount of cash drops from each mob in the plaguelands, from skeletals you can get about 8s+ per kill, in EPL you can probably shoot for 10s+.
