Whats the fastest way to level to lvl 50 now a days? (questing? grinding? high levels powerleveling you through instances?)

Looking for the fastest way to get to lvl 50+ without using the refer a friend option.

im not looking for anything specific, im looking for which is the absolute fastest way not including the recruit a friend option.

i did it with a leveling guide in i think 2 days of play time - it was much faster this time around.. that being said if i didn't care about a possible ban, use an exploit or roll a DK.. they start at 55
