Fishing spots. : World of Warcraft General Discussions

so what are the best fishing spots as of right now?

Travel to Darkshore.. then swim North along the coast untill you leave darkshore and enter "moonglade". There will eventually be a place to climb out of the water and fish. You arent actually on the moonglade map.. But so far I have found that it is a fairly safe and isolated fishing spot.

I get alot of fish (cant remember what kind), and clams & locked boxes.. I havnt goten any of them open yet tho.. (I'm not a thief)

Just my two cents into fishing. It may not be the best spot when you are actively fishing for loot. But fishing in major cities while you are afk has been good for me. Since you are in a major city you are accruing rest time so that when you do decide to adventure you get xp bonus.

Pardon my obvious ignorance and noobiness, but is Darkshore an alliance or horde area? What is the best way to get there?

it's on kalidmor, there is an allience town there but there are several horde outposts pretty close by. so basicly you can get tehre with out too many problems from either side.
