Flag macro? : World of Warcraft General Discussions

I am trying to see if anyone here would know how my opponents in CTF keep using abilities that drop the flag and immediately pick it back up. It happening so fast that there is no way it is done manually.

I am not familiar with a macro command that could target the flag, so maybe its a 3rd party program?

I figured if anyone would know, it would be you guys.
