Farm Bonechewers to the South East in Terrokar forest, one of my guildies got 6 unholy recipes in one hour (he was lvl 63) from them and each one of those sell for 40g on my server... that is 240g just from the recipes alone! They drop greens, greys and the occasional blue! It is by far one of the greatest farming spots ever!

There are good 60-70 leveling guides for both horde and alliance in the forums if you search for em, Joana's in particular if you're horde. At 64 I found Terokkar to be the best, particularly the blood elves at firewing in the northeast. They drop netherweave and silver, and if you are going for scryer rep they drop firewing signets.
Once you hit lvl 65 you can head over to Nagrand and start with the Nesingwary quests. Cant' really help you after that, I'm only lvl 66 and haven't left Nagrand yet.
