Guide: Beating Toothless Jack Solo (for low level noobs) : World of Warcraft General Discussions

This guide is for noobs, like me! But noobs need help too.

***For this you will need a couple of health potions***

Jack’s camp is located south east of the Eastvale logging camp. There are bandits, wolves, and young bears surrounding the encampment (forgive me if the exact terminology is a little off).

The best way to enter is from the road as far east as you can go. There are a few mountains, keep them on your left continue south. Here you will encounter individual wolves, kill them one by one. You want to have an exit if you survive.

The encampment is a large crater with about 5 or 6 bandits surrounding it and three enemies inside, one being Toothless Jack. There is also a chest that requires a key. This key can be ripped from Jack’s dead lifeless hands.

First, you approach from the left side. There is a bandit standing in front of the tree and is kind of alone. If you rush in, more than one bandit might attack you, this will result in your death. You want to draw this one out. If you are a warrior, use the charge attack to stun him then back off a little. Note: This technique will be use every time for the individuals around the camp.

Second, you attack the bandit that is behind the tree and to the right. He looks like he is all the way in the camp, but you can draw him out if you stand close to the tree (put yourself between the river and the tree and approach until you hear him scream).

Circle around in the direction that you entered and attack the bandit at the top. You might have to clear out some wolves and bears first. U don’t really have to draw this one out, he is pretty isolated.

Proceed around the camp attacking individual bandits until they are all down.

Make sure your potions are in a quick spot for you to use them. I like to put them at number 9.

Now proceed to the center, try not to get attacked by all 3 people in the center. Approach slowly, and try to draw out a few as possible. (I’ve gotten two out, one being Jack! Two will be easier than fighting 3. Note: If Jack dies, you can loot his body after you revive for the key). While engaging the 2 enemies (or 3) start with Jack. Use your talents here wisely. When you get low on your health, use a potion. By this time your second enemy should be about to die. At this time you are either done or will have to be on point with your talents to defeat the 3rd person. If you are done, regain health and go get that last enemy inside the camp. Then, claim your prize in the chest!
