Yes, goto your World of Warcraft folder, open the file called "realmlist.wtf", I am not sure if the Euro files are any different, but when you open it, copy the first line and save it as you will need it when you want to play on the Euro servers and past this line in "set realmlist us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com" without the quotes, but your version of wow will be different than the NA version, so you might actually have to download the NA version anyways.
