Is there any addons for WoW that disable internet? Or maybe a program for a quit switch off internet (like a firewall disabling traffic)?

No such addon i believe. are you trying to get d/c'd? if you are u can have a good friend know your acc info, then he can log u off,? i dunno

Experimenting with lag tricks (finding exploits) - I moved my modem across the room though. I tried using the Lock on ZoneAlarm but it crashed WoW (for whatever reason) when I turned it back on.

Get a router and use a cable from your PC to a biscuit box that you can hold in your hand and just plug it.
