Hmmm well, I installed insomniax today and running is a little worse.
Don't think ram is what i need though.

Problems I have are low fps (around 30) and 600-700 latency.

I've got: Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3 GHz. 512 MB Ram. Wireless Connection but I get 54 Mbps on it. An Nvidia Geforce FX 5200.

Any other info needed?
And can someone help and tell me what I should upgrade to boost performance?

Basic specs I have:

P4 2.4ghz HT processor
GF 6800
2 gigs of ram
SATA seagate hard drive

...and WoW runs at like 45-50 fps most of the time for me.

Try disabling some ui mods that aren't raid essential to narrow down the memory usage. Should help a lot, assuming you have a lot of UI mods.

Don't think your mouse or keyboard are gonna effect your gameplay that much. Same with hard drive space as long as you have enough.

what you all need to get is a mac intel core duo, I got the 20 inch which is 1,699.00 from mac, but i got it for $900 bucks on ebay, and i run WoW with full visual options and it runs very very smoothly.
