I know you used to be able to with Itunes but that was fixed I think. Also, I think you can do it with WinAmp.

you can extract the music files using an MPQ editor and import your own. I'm not to sure of howto do this now, but i changed a fair amount of my music files to my kind of music!... I would really like to find an ingame mediaplayer though, that would be a lot more user friendly then tabbing to mediasource (Yes, im a Creative fanboy).
I changed;
-Arathi Basin: Cowboys from Hell - Pantera.
-Molten Core: Collaboration of Metallica, mainly the Black Album with favourites from other Albums.
-Blackwing Lair: Pantera Collaboration, mainly the Vulgar album favourites from other Albums.
-Ahn Qiraj: Hell no, i wouldnt change this music ever, however it is nice to hear C'Thun say "Your heart Asplode" when listening to Slayer.
