 New Patch [7/22/04] : World of Warcraft General Discussions

New Patch Upgrades!According to Blizzard, the next WoW patch will add 3 new skills to the Rogue and Priest classes. Rogue: Combat, Subtlety, and Assassination Priest: Discipline, Holy, and Shadow Sure, the new skills [or talents as they're called in game] are nice, but check out the several other changes that will take place with the newest patch: - Ammo bags and quivers will no longer be used in game
- Auction house changes - deposit fees will be reduced, initial searching instructions will be included on the auction interface, unsuccessful search results will now state “nothing could be found," starting bid prices will be listed more clearly, a new filter will be introduced to allow players to search for items using a rarity sorter, the bug with initial bidding will be fixed, and auction House locations may be changed.
More info on the skills as they come. As of now, that's all Blizzard's saying.

so they are still using ammo, just no more bags to hold them in...?

Exactly. Ammo will still be used, but you wont need an ammo bag or quiver to hold them.

You missed this part--
Auction Houses:
The first implementation of the Auction House system has been successful, yet still not where we want it to be. The next patch will introduce several changes to the Auction House. Among the changes to come are the following:
* Deposit fees will be reduced.
* Initial searching instructions will be included on the auction interface.
* Unsuccessful search results will now state “nothing could be found.â€
