New race : World of Warcraft General Discussions - Page 2

Blizzard has always celbrated April Fooles day....If you believe wisps were a new race you are a noob or just a fool. OR...it could be there best attepmt of actually atracting people to the horde giving us a rediculously thought out race...and what are they waiting for releasing there idea for the alliance its making us mroe interested in the alliance when they ARE trying to give horde a charactor that looks pleasant to attract people to the horde side and finely equivelate our horde to alliance ratio's my realm is something like 6 alliance for every horde.

Well since the whisps aren't going to be the new allience race (hopefully) what do you think will be. My bets are on naga, as weird as it may seem becuase naga is agenist the alliance it could happen. in WC3 they got really mad at the blood elves becuase they both wanter more power than the other. since the blood elves are on horde maby naga will come to the alliance

wont be naga, naga have been and always will be against the alliace, (becuse of who they are allied with), + they wouldnt fit into the games mechanics, (boots? leggings?)

Detonate explodes the wisp, which in turn strips buffs... but it does do dmg.

What better to compete with tauren than giant, walking/talking, bamboo eating bears?! They probably considered murlocs... but the coloring on the murlocs would conflict with most armor, and look ghey.. lol... besides... there's already murkey as a mini pet.

well, i have been reading even more, and its looking more and more like the draenei... but i sure a hell hope its panda's... we have NO big characters like tauren... and we need/want one...

The coolest new race would be the pandas but for some reason I just don't think it will be. I have a feeling blizzard is going to pull something that either no one knew about or that we wouldnt think the race would be.

Thats from April Fools' 1-2 yrs ago (1st year it came out).....

Already they have stated "It will be a new race" and a tester of the expansion I talked with said the new race is halflings but I hope hes just lieing to me to suprise me!

3 midget races
2 normal races

Horde-
3 normal races
1 midget throwing race

Blizzard said the race got a NPC in the current world.
And halflings never had anything to do with WoW.

there used to be a panda npc... but its gone now... been gone for a long time...


dreanai... worgen... goblin... those are what still have npc's in the game that seem possible
