I'm trying really hard not to flame because I hate powerlevelers, but I just want to say be careful, if Blizzard detects that two IPs have been on your account they may investigate and ban you. From what my friend tells me though, just about any site that offers the service and seems legit is probably trustworthy.

When you pay for powerleveling, you will submit your username and password (bad decision in my opinion) to the service. Then someone from the service will log onto your account and choose your premade character you want leveled. Depending on how much you payed they will level you to the level you payed for, and then let you know when they're done and give you the account back. It's known as powerleveling because the people who powerlevel are extremely experienced and can do it in little to no time.

Well we would hope they dont use exploits but there's no guarentee what they'll do on your account.

Exactly. Blizzard sends mixxed signals, half the time they seem to want to make their customers happy, the other half it seems like they only want money. I think the way you put it is a lot more straight foward than what they throw out at us.
