a way to easy solo towers in alterac valley as a rogue . start out stealthed hit sprint as you enter the tower, as the dogs discover you hit evasion and run up the tower.

after you pass the guards and dogs on the middle floor of tower hit vanish, continue up the ramp.
If you died trying this dont worry to much about it, simply run back to your corpse and ressurect in the top of tower (offcourse if nobody has taken your insignia)
as you are in the top of tower hover over your mouse backside off the wall you should be able to find the guards and flag througt the tower wall
find the flag and move close enough you can now grab the flag through the wall without agroing any the guards inside watching the flag spawn
