Is it possible to UN - soulbound bind on equip items by deleteing them and getting them restored?

no, the only way u get that item back if its a rare or eppic is to disenchant the item to get a shard or sell to vendor, when u do that then, u may go back into the instance u got it from and try to get the item back to prolly sell on ah if its not bop
