I'm having trouble deciding which talent specc is best for a PvP warrior and wether I should d-weild or go 2-h.
Also can you provide a build?
Thanks!

for PVP Fury 2H is the best way to go. You will hit hard and your talents that grant you an additional attack will hit harder.
This is a Common fury build
Fury Talents - 38
Cruelty - 5/5
Unbridled Wrath - 5/5
Piercing Howl - 1/1
Improved Battle Shout - 4/5
Dual Wield Specialization - 5/5
Improved Execute - 2/2
Enrage - 5/5
Death Wish - 1/1
Improved Intercept - 2/2
Improved Berserker Rage - 2/2
Flurry - 5/5
Bloodthirst - 1/1
Arms Talents - 13
Deflection - 5/5
Tactical Mastery - 5/5
Improved Overpower - 2/2

I'd say full arms specc, but if you'd like too, you could specc Fury up to "Piercing Howl" It's neat for PvP, and btw, which level are you? Assuming you are 60, arms, otherwise I would be fury untill 30+

You may have your Tbucks but youll lose your reputation, so just post once at a time, and not 70 in one day.

Sorry for the confusion. I suggested a 2H weapon but submitted my build for PVP in which I used dual-weilding. I have better 1-H swords than 2H. But have seen other warriors constantly doing better damage with the 2H. I use 1-H still because I do PVE raid and have a shield and not enough gold to buy a great 2-H and a great shield and 1-H. But for PVP only 2H is king.
You can place those in a different location if you 2H bu

Fury, with fury you will need two 1 handed weapons that are fast faster weapons= bettre chance to crit and high crits means dead enemy =)

Yes, but what most arms warriors say to defend arms is "You attack faster with dual weilds so its harder to get all your hits in if you PvPing because you OP would jump around, where as 2-H are slower so they dont need to be near as often"
All in all, a good hamstring and arathi basin boots will justify using duel 1-H.
P.S. does anyone have a macro to switch from duel weild to 2-h then overpower and switch back?

Yeah, i didn't think about arms if you go arms then you have hamstring and rend which are very helpful and look into getting deep wounds
