It's basically a program like Internet Explorer. You need to convert your screenshot to something viewable other then .tga try .gif or .jpeg
|

Sorry I thought I mentioned to get irfanview. you open it in that and resave as a .gif or w/e you want it saved as. Search for irfanview on google
