WOW Holiday Support Hours : World of Warcraft General Discussions

Blizzard wanted to get the word out on today's support hours...

Billing & Account Services will be closed during regular business hours on Monday, 1/15/2007 due to the National Holiday; however, we will be opening our call center at 9:00 PM Pacific Time to coincide with the release of The Burning Crusade. We will remain open and available throughout the evening and into the next day, and close at 7:30 PM on Tuesday, 1/16/2007. During these special hours, we will have limited staff on hand to assist customers upgrading their accounts.

For the following two weeks (1/16 – 2/2), we will be open for extended hours of support from 9:00 AM to 7:30PM Monday through Friday.
