Hrm, no there's no real plan to go down the list and refine spell effects any more than they have been. The expansion made a rather large pass, and we've done some smaller tweaks and changes since. The ultimate goal, which isn't necessarily going to be completely implemented for all spell effects, is to keep them unique and discernible from other spells. We have no plans to completely redefine all spell effects as a whole, although minor changes are likely to continue to occur here and there.
