You can't do that, I think he was just fooling. You could talk to other factions through emotes though.
OR, it could be someone using a Globe of Disguise.

he was talkin to the other fraction. it said orcis next to his comment. You can choose to speak a certain language by clicking on it and the language name will appear to the left of ur comment.

kishwah (!empty($user->lang['WROTE'])) ? $user->lang['WROTE'] : ucwords(strtolower(str_replace('_', ' ', 'WROTE'))): he was talkin to the other fraction. it said orcis next to his comment. You can choose to speak a certain language by clicking on it and the language name will appear to the left of ur comment.
You cannot just chose any language

I've seen plenty of Alliance say in shout "You bor e me" and yes theres a space with the "e" for some reason, not sure how they do it, but they do.

They are probably making it up. You can type "[Orcish]" and then some random words/letters to make it appear you are speaking Orcish.

the easyest way to talk to the other faction is to type in the emote /me. as soon as you type /me you can write whatever you want, its in action type like fart or rude but you can type whatever you want

if you use the /emote, /e, /me command, the opposite faction will see it as:
<Name> makes some strange gestures.

it's possible to understand the opposing faction using different hacks, but that was not an exploit nor a bug.
You can choose to speak in a language and only those in the same faction can understand you provided they also have it turned on.

Its possible to understand what the opposing faction are saying with a sniffer but the ones ive found are very detectable atm.
