I am haunted by nightmares of warlocks chasing me down from above on epic flying mounts. They come from the skies, swooping in for the kill as if I were a worm and they had hungry babes to feed. The rest of the classes can do the same, especially mages, because they do it with flair with a combination of slow fall, presence of mind, and pyroblast. I’d imagine that any class that uses bolts of magic to blow things up does everything with flair. But the warlock hovering around Halaa, a new PvP objective city in the MMO expansion, may cause me to curl into a fetal position and murmur different language versions of “unstable affliction,” since they also cause me to speak in tongues. Where are my level 70 guildies to protect me? They’re off in an instance and I’m too proud to ask for their help. I must understand my enemy to destroy them. I will become the warlock, but I’ll start with the TCG.
